ProFirst Training and Consulting, LLC recently completed a one-year contract with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD). This partnership resulted in 675 comprehensive pre-employment background investigations. The collaboration began at the request of LVMPD’s CFO through the Chief’s Office. The team at ProFirst consisted of 28 professional background investigators, four managers, and dedicated support staff. They delivered investigations that were Nevada POST, FCRA, and ADA compliant. This collaboration allowed LVMPD to streamline its background process, improve compliance, and reallocate resources toward recruiting and community engagement.
